A commission will be delivered via email or Google Drive.

 

I'll give the commissioner free edits for every small details in every working steps, but if for large detail (such as, poses, props, etc) will cost $2 for each edit.

 

In order of informing : scales of work, types of art, poses, expressions, details of the character to be drawn. : clothes, face, hair, etc.

 

Each work will be performed within 2-3 days or up to a week, depends on details, my health, and my personal reasons. (I will message the commissioner when to start)
 

The commissioner may expedite the ordering process by responding quickly to questions, and providing feedback and approval on a timely basis.

The artist may reproduce their own art online as a portfolio, post the art on social media.

 

But If the commissioner does not wish for the commission to be posted publicly online or wishes to remain anonymous, They must alert the artist before the commission is completely approved. By wishing the commission to be private, will incur a fee (20-30%) (From February 5th, 2022 onwards)

 

The commissioner may repost a commission online and credit me as the artist as @ShikuroS (Twitter) or shin.nalongkarn (Instagram), Or use it as an icon/banner.

 

The commissioner may not reproduce my personal commission art for commercial sale purposes without purchasing commercial usage rights, And may not resell the original artwork for a higher price, Except as a gift or an extra that will goes with the adoptables.

 

And for the commercial usage rights, this must be discussed with the artist before the artwork is used for such purposes.
 

If the work is used for commercial use without prior notice or without agreement will be deemed to be copyright infringement and violate the terms of use.

 

Payment

 

Payment 

     The commissioner may pay before or after the artist submits the sketch for confirmation, however, make sure that your funds are available to pay before ordering.

 

     Payment is to be paid via Stripe (USD) (I'll sent you the payment link after sketch approval)

     The artist does not accept payment in cryptocurrency.

Cancellation & Refund

     The artist may cancel the commission due to any reason, and may occur both before and during the working process. In the case that the artist cancels the commission, the commissioner is entitled to a 100% refund.
 

     If the commissioner cancels the commission, they may receive a refund based on the progress of the art : 

Before sketching : 100% | Sketch Approval : 50% | During the process to finish : 0%

 

     And from the aforementioned, the commissioner will not have the right to use the sketches/drawings submitted during the working process.
